PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP QUESTIONS

HELLO PEOPLE I WAS WONDERING....

IN MY INITIAL PAPERWORK I SENT OFF WITH THE I-129F AND BIOGRAPHIC DATA I SENT A PHOTOCOY PICTURE OF MY ULTRASOUND AND ALSO MY FLIGHT SCHEDULE (IM A FLIGHT ATTENDANT) OF ME GOING TO SEE MY FIANCEE IN LONDON (WHILE HE WAS THERE ON A WORKING HOLIDAY, NOW HES BACK HOME IN SOUTH AFRICA) TO USCIS.

NOW MY QUESTION IS WILL ALL THAT PAPERWORK BE AT HIS INTERVIEW IN SOUTH AFRICA??

ALSO SHOULD I SEND WITH HIM A PHOTOCOPY OF MY PASSPORT OF ALL THE ENTRY STAMPS INTO LONDON AND SOUTH AFRICA (BEACAUSE I WAS VISITING HIM)? WILL THAT BE SUFFICE EVIDENCE??

WE HAVE A DAUGHTER TOGETHER THAT WAS BORN IN OCT. SHE HAS HIS LAST NAME SHOULD I SEND THEM A COPY OF HER SOCIAL SECURITY NUM?? AND A COPY OF HER PASSPORT?

IM WORRIED THEY MIGHT DENY HIM CAUSE IM READING OTHER PEOPLES STORIES SAYING THE USCIS DIDNT RECEIVE ENOUGH EVIDENCE.

The more proves you'll send the better will be. It's always better to have MORE than LESS! In any case they'll use the evidences they need.

Any copies of proof you provide in the petition, he should have at the interview, just to be safe

Anything you (the USC) submit in your initial petition, will be at the consulate for when the beneficiary has his/her visa interview. But just in case, your fiance should have a complete copy of the I-129 petition you submitted, along w/ all the documentation(affidavit of support, proof of ongoing relationship, photos, etc.) he will be taking to the visa interview with him.

You prob put the passport into the original application didnt u? The k1 wants proofs of meeting, this u did, how about pictures, phone calls, messages, of course u have the baby but i dont know how they look at this i dont think it sways them one way or another, just have all u can show that you met and that you have continue the relationship, good luck
