Hi everyone. My wife and I are not sure if we both have to fill out the form G-325A (Biografic information) for the AOS. Can someone tell us that has been through this process if my wife is the only one that needs to fill out this form. :help:

Thanks. Jeff and Yulia.

Only the person adjusting status needs to fill out a G-325A, NOT the US Citizen.

It also depends if you need to file I-130. For I-130, both spouses need to file out G-325A.

AOS Approved on 10-17-08 (details in profile)

Removal of Conditions on 07-19-10

In this tedious process, we tend to forget that this is all worth it.

I love my hubby beyond anything in this world.

THE OP is adjusting from a K-1, I-130 is NOT needed when adjusting from a immigrant intent visa like a K-Visa, unless the K-1 marries outside the 90 day I-94 period.
