They are mostly working on August and September right now. I believe there are only 2-3 people who MAILED their petition in October who were approved. No NOVEMBER filer approvals at CSC yet. I filed in November, too. I'm hoping we'll start to see November approvals during the last part of February or early March.

You're going by NOA1 date, not sent date. NOA1 date is highly inaccurate because people are inconsistent about entering their received date or their notification date in the NOA1 field. Whereas everyone is pretty accurate about their sent date, and their received date would only be a few days from that date.

If you feel the NOA1 date is an inaccurate way of looking at things thats your opinion.

Theres no right or wrong here.

maybe you have a different way of looking at when they filed, but at least some of them filed in the same month that I listed them in, so at least some of the filers for those months have gotten their NOA2.

Which is the same basic message I stated before, might be less numbers.

It's not my opinion. The NOA1 dates vary wildly. People are entering the wrong dates in the NOA1 field. This is a fact.

It took us 48 days to get NOA1 and we filed in september. Most of october got their NOA1 before we did... and that was pretty common for september filers. Mox here is another september filer and got his in 1 day. Looks pretty inconsistent to me.

Yeah it actually took them 6 weeks to cash my check and get the NOA1 out to me. The received date on my NOA1, however, is a day after I filed, so I entered that date. But others who also waited 6 weeks or so for their NOA1 have put the processed date in, which is often weeks off of the received date. This is why NOA1 date is so inaccurate. Different people enter different dates.
