Dear All,

Does getting the conditional GC allow one to start a business based in the US? Are there any disadvantages or restrictions when it comes to starting a business compared to a 10 yr GC holder or a citizen? Inputs from people who have done this would be supremely helpful. If this is not the right forum to ask this sort of questions, please let me know where to post. Many thanks.

Timeline:

AOS Package sent Sep 07 (from K1)

I765 approved Jan 08: received EAD card in mail

I485 approved Jan 08: received 2yr Green card in mail
