Hello, I read in one of the messages that because I was divorced, my fiance may have a problem during her interview.... is this true??? I have yet to file my paperwork and should have it all done this weekend... yea... but I think I am in for a long wait... but it will be worth it :) Thanks, John

Which message did you read this in? The short answer is no, if you are legally divorced then she will not have a problem with regards to your divorce.

I agree with the others, it won't be a problem.

However, don't be surprised if they ask her about it at the interview. They might ask her if she knew you were divorced. They might deep drill a bit more even, asking if she knows when you were divorced, they might even ask more...but...it shouldn't be a problem at all.

Questions like that can help the Interviewing officer determine if you two really communicate, and have a legitimate relationship.
