hi there guyz,

i filed my petition for my husband in CSC last october 29th 2007 and i got the NOA1 receipt july 17th.2008...

im out of the country for month now. and still planning to stay here for couple of months to be with my husband...

just in case they ask some information like affivadit or W'2 etc. my sister will notify me so i can still process what they need from me...

about the affidavit of support.... my sister is willing to be my co sponsor since im jobless right now is it possible? thanks alot and god bless us thanks

AOS sent : June 30th 2008 Received July 1

AOS cover sheet print out: June 18, 2008

DS230 generated June 22,2008

DS230 PAID June 24, 2004

DS230 received July 3, 2008

NVC Case Completed July 14, 2008

NVC send the Case Complete to USEM Manila: Aug. 5th 2008

USEM recieved complete case from NVC Aug 8th 2008

paid debros aug 22,2008

Medical Sept 9,10 He passed Thank you God. God is always good.

Interview Date: Sept 29, 2008 at USEM Manila 8:30AM APPROVED!!!

Visa In hand: Oct 2, 2008 yahoo

Green Card and S.S received Nov 28th, 2008

I think you'd better ask a lawyer abut it who deals with immigration cases. I have never heard about such cases.

i got my noa 1 reciept jan 17nd and my petition was approve on april 22nd and they forwarded my original petition to NVC.... im still in manila... not sure whats going to happend but in god's will i know everything will turn out right... goodluck to everybody....

FYI .. K-1 and HUSBAND are two words that cannot be in the same sentence.

IR1/CR1 and husband or K-3 and husband are OK

i havent change my time line yet. bec im about to file 1-130 proceed to 1-129 but i changed my mind due of will cost me more if i go to 1-129f ... besides i will go out of the us for 6 months so i decided to proceed to I-130 route ty
