Hi all...we need to keep track of who has applied for their I-130 & K3 with the K3 being cancelled as a result & their I-130 approved. Then we can go to the Ombudsman with some numbers. Let's not fill up this thread with other stuff...just want proof that this is happening then maybe something can be done legally. Thanks!!

Good luck to everyone...

We can only assume that our K3 had been cancelled. Due to USCIS strategy we haven't received official letter. Should my husband call to them and ask for it? I bet they wouldn't know what to do.

Absolutely, I'd be on the phone in a heartbeat asking for a Supervisor, contacting my congressman as well as the Ombudsman and any other person/association that could possibly assist you. The problem is that sometimes the IR1/CR1 could possibly take longer than the K3. Thanks for posting, good luck to you & your husband.

Just let to know everyone: we wrote the letter to ombudsman why on earth our K3 had been cancelled, the answer was: we should ask uscis. We gave up, this is vicious cycle. I think only on government level this could be resolved.

As for today my husband deveoped severe allergy for p and u words. P like petition and u like uscis.

Put me on the list. They paired my 130 and 129F petitions. But instead of approving both, they approved my 130 only and cancelled my 129F on the same day.

That's very interesting, maybe USCIS got an inquiry as to an explanation for these cancellations.... good for you!!

I hope so, I did mention to them that I-129F as advise by cis ombudsman are to be cancelled once the I-130 are approved and well my has NOT been approved as of yet :crying: They said they would look into it but that my file was not available until a few more days... I told them I would wait a few more days and call back. And they said they welcome my call. I will see what happens....
