Oh, pah-leez, if anyone, a French couple deserves to be approved first. Everyone knows that the damn spaghetti eaters stole the World Cup from Zidane during the 2006 final match.

Sorry, it's apparent from the most recent approval that VSC has decided to work its way down from Colombia to the rest of South America. Word has apparently seeped through from single VSC adjudicators who went to happy hours while vacationing in Miami that the hottest talent comes from South America. And I'm not talking football soccer.

South America! South America!!! who got approve today!!! come on!! GIVE me someone last touch on 02/26/2008!!!!! whoever!!!

02/22/2008 This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred.

02/26/2008 This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred. (Last Touched)

07/01/2008 : still waiting for a miracle after 390 days of suffering....

07/02/2008: Infopass Appointment. passport Stamp....

07/03/2008: Incredible!!!! Card Production Ordered!!!!!!

Yes, nothing on my side. I guess the VSC employees fulfilled their quota for the week and are prevented by the USCIS on working on any more....

On a more serious note guys and gals : The USCIS application "opening" for the annual H1-B visas started yesterday (for 2009) and I am sure the head honchos at the Service Centers have directed "all hands on deck" to stick them into the system (receipt notices etc), so they don't tick off Bill Gates and his Microsoft that have probably applied for the entire 2009 quota. They got a flood of applications last year, prompting them to raise their fees etc.

If you read the relevant media reports its all about the annual H1-B filing season.

But I really hope the I-751 adjudicators were not diverted.....
