after Chicago where does the AOS go to be processed???any one know....Thanks

Certainly, anybody knows how USCIS process the cases. Some cases go to MSC (missouri)... The most of us want to be transferred to California because you don't need to have an interview for get your GC... So, I still have a hope.

Why is that? Why you don't need an interview for GC if your case is transferred to Cali?

I don't know, and I have not found the answer yet. Maybe it's another USCIS mistery

ALL files go from Chicago to MSC/NBC. From there they would be farmed out to the local offices or CSC. If any were sent directly to CSC as some have suggested above, you would have case numbers that began with CSC. No one has reported anything like that as of yet.

mine went from chicago to MI , then got transferd to cali where it is pending process now

to my understanding ( who knows if its true ) but I heard people whos case is not complicated and if the local office got to much of a backlog the case gets transverd to cali for ( suposently ) faster processing without interview , but from what I seen here some people got transverd back to local office after been transverd to cali, all i know is am still in cali and hopping for speady process without interview ( would have to drive almost 2 1/2 -3 hours if they deside out of the blue to give me an interview )
