Hi you all. I got a question. On my passport i have an old signature wich i dont have in any other of my documents like ID, driver license etc because I decided to changed some time ago, so when i signed the I-129 form I sign it with the new signature. Do you think that I will have any problem having a different signature in my passport? any problem at the USCIS, embassy or POE??

Thank u!

I don't think it'd be a problem. If your recent documents (ID, Driver License...) have the same signature that you put in the I-129F you can prove that is the same person if the proof will be request (thing that I hardly ever think that would happens).

Good day.

It's not likely to make a difference. My passport has my old J. Middle Last but all my newer things are just two initials and last name. It's obvioiusly the same person. I suppose it's possible that going from a legible to illegible signature could be a problem but I doubt it.
