If your check has been cashed please check the back of the check and locate your NOA1 number - 99.9% of the time it is correct and you can then access your case online with USCIS - the numbers will either begin with "EAC" or "WAC" - although some people can not access online yet and its been over six weeks since receipt of the NOA1 - also, some members have complained about not receiving the NOA1 and requesting a duplicate one from USCIS - but give it another week or so then request duplicate if you are not using a lawyer who would have a copy also.

Cheers and good luck

Are you talking about your I130 NOA1 or I129f NOA1. Your timeline does not give enough info to answer your question clearly. I130 NOA1 (I-797) have been sort of sporadic. Some get the 797 a few days after cashed check, some take weeks. So there really isn't a clear answer for you. But as long as your check has cashed you are on your way. I think on average VSC is taking longer to issue out I797 forms versus CSC. When you get your NOA1, please remember to update your timeline with either CSC or VSC as your service center.
