Can I ask a supplementary record for my foreign vaccinations in Gov't. health center?

Today I've called these uscis civil surgeons most of them asks for $200(good as cash..no insurance accepted). I still need to have my Td vaccination. I got a shot of varicella but it says on my worksheet "insufficient time interval", therefore I need to have another shot.....

1. Does anybody knows how much is the costs of these 2 vaccine?

2. Can I just have my vaccination in a government clinic?

3. Does a government clinic authorized to give a supplementary record for foreign vaccination (I-163a)?

I'm going to submit all my papers next week so I need to get this done quick.

The civil surgeon I went to the examination was not covered but the required vaccinations were submitted to my insurance for payment... You may want to double check that you/they are in complete understanding...

A lot of people just submit their DS-3025 with AOS application and are approved without interview, even though they are missing vaccines. That's what we did and we didn't have any trouble. If you do this you could get an RFE for the additional vaccines and paperwork, but that's really no big deal and just a small delay, no penalty for trying.

1) Can be done by family doctor, local health dept, medical clinic, ect, cost from FREE to who knows what.

2) Yes, county health dept, clinic.

3) NO You take vaccination records to a US Civil Surgeon, they transfer this to the I-693A for you, shoul be no more than $40 or $50.

If the CS is asking $200+ they may be trying to get you for a full medical, this is not required for K-Visa holders.

There is one in Texas that will do the supplement by mail for $10

If you have one near you, these guys will do most vaccines for cheap. At least compared to most clinics anyway.
