I don't understand why Service Center and Customer Center Service say that they processing as of July 19, 07.

When there are lot of applicants of October that already received approval (NOA2). It doesn't make any sense to me. What do you think about it because I don't understand that :o:mellow:-_-

While they are processing October applications, the USCIS always will put "6 months" or more (if necessary) on the times. I guess this is a way for them to hold us off for awhile. It seems they are working on new October cases and probably wrapping things up with some prior cases (things stuck in name check, etc).

What the date means is that is the oldest case they are working on. So if your case is older you need to call them, they have lost it etc.

It doesnt mean it is the most current case.

Ok Thanks for your answer. I understand now. I am a December filer so I don't have excuse for calling them yet and I hope do not have excuses for contacting them as for as I know they don't provide some much info.
