I was wondering if people are having issues with their case. When I track it a touch hasn't been made in 2 weeks from inital submission yet my biometrics notice was dated last week. Case status updates are slow? Or would I presume they haven't looked at my case?

12/13/07 - Married to the girl of my dreams

01/10/08 - Sent AOS, EAD, and AP via Fedex

01/11/08 - AOS, EAD, and AP Received

01/18/08 - NOA1 for all three & soft touch

01/25/08 - Biometrics Appointment Letter

01/26/08 - RFE for I-864

02/05/08 - RFE mailed

02/07/08 - Biometrics Appointment and CRIS Email that RFE Rec'd and Case Processing has Resumed

07/15/08 - Interview Notice Dated

07/19/08 - Interview Noticed Rec'd

09/09/08 - Interview - Los Angeles DO -- APPROVED

09/09/08 - Card Production Ordered

June 11 2010 -- REMOVE CONDITIONS

09/12/10 Conditions Removed

Our case was not touched since dec 26 after the biometrics.... as i observe it some dont receive online updates but receive notices in the mail. Honestly, i dont get it why we have different experiences,, probably its about the person handling the case or they have priorities of where state we reside... holy moly!!! i really have no idea. :wacko::crying::blush::unsure:

I-751 timeline

3/05/10 - mailed I-751 packet

3/12/10 - arrived at CSC

3/16/10 - online status, NOA mailed but no mail received

3/18/10 - Check cashed

4/15/10 - biometric appointment (notice recv'd in mail - 4/01/10)

4/16/10 - touched

4/18/10 - I-485 & EAD touched????

5/03/10 - Card production ordered

5/11/10 - letter of Approval received in the mail

5/26/10 - email received "letter of Approval" sent in the mail... not yet received till now 6/8/10

7/07/10 - called USCIS why green card has not received yet

7/09/10 - email from USCIS stating that they already sent the GC on May 25th and undeliverable,

adviced to apply for I-90 as it might have been lost in mail

7/25/10 - mailed application for I-90 (replacement of lost or stolen card)

9/16/10 - biometric appointment

9/20/10 - touched

9/21/10 - touched

I did biometrics and had no touches. It is virtually at a stand still. It's probably collecting dust in someone's office

My N-400 timeline, I hope it will help - Local Office (Chula Vista Field Office - San Diego)

10/01/2010: Application was sent.

10/04/2010: Application was received.

10/06/2010: Email received "Application has been received" & Noticed Date.

10/07/2010: "Touch"

10/08/2010: "Touch" & Check was Cashed

10/09/2010: NOA1 Received via mail.

10/22/2010: Status Changed Online "Request for evidence" It was for Biometrics.

10/25/2010: Request for evidence recieved "Biometrics Notice".

11/18/2010: Biometrics date ==> 11:00AM. Biometrics was taken On time.

12/03/2010: "Yellow Letter" Received.

12/06/2010: "Touch" Case Moved to "Testing and Interview".

12/08/2010: Interview Letter received via mail.

01/13/2011: Interview Date. Done, " Thanks To ALLAH, I Passed the Test.

01/18/2011: Oath Letter was Sent.

01/20/2011: Oath Letter Recieved via mail.

01/28/2011: Oath Date. ==> Done, I am a U.S. Citizen

01/31/2011: Applied for a U.S. Passport Book, And, U.S. Passport Card.

02/25/2011: Passport Book's Received.

02/26/2011: Passport Card's Received.

02/28/2011: Certificate Of Naturalization's Returned.
