I was wondering if people are having issues with their case. When I track it a touch hasn't been made in 2 weeks from inital submission yet my biometrics notice was dated last week. Case status updates are slow? Or would I presume they haven't looked at my case?

Our case was not touched since dec 26 after the biometrics.... as i observe it some dont receive online updates but receive notices in the mail. Honestly, i dont get it why we have different experiences,, probably its about the person handling the case or they have priorities of where state we reside... holy moly!!! i really have no idea.:crying::blush::unsure:

I did biometrics and had no touches. It is virtually at a stand still. It's probably collecting dust in someone's office
