My husband and I went in for an INFOpass appointment a few days ago to inquire about emergency AP.

While I was there they informed me that his A# was incorrect on all the forms. On my husband's I-94 form the officer scribbled an A# I could barely read so when I entered it in our application I put a 4 where a 9 was supposed to be. He said he changed everything....but is there something ELSE I should follow up with? Could that be why people who have applied around us (and after us) have already been transferred and received EAD/AP/etc?

:help:

you have a K1 visa, you should have been able to find the A# on the visa inside your passport as well as in the NOA2 by the way (instead of trying to read some scribbling on the I-94).

For the rest you are in a completely normal timeline. It takes an average of 90 days to receive EAD and AP. Not everyone is transfered to CSC and I would say that if the IO told you he changed all the numbers then you should be good.

Make sure to check in further mail you received from them that the number is entered right.

Well thats not really what I asked, but thanks anyway. It was already entered incorrectly and was incorrect on the NOA1's received for AOS as well.

I really just wanted to know if I should follow up with anything else to make sure we're on track with USCIS.
