Got NOA2 after 96 days :)! Where is the packet 3 mailed? OR? Fiance is in Ecuador. The mail sytems there are very slow. How does that work? Thanks for anyones help and or experiences with that...

The packet is sent to the beneficiary

There are two embassies in Ecuador. Take a look at this link and see what the embassy website tells you.

http://usembassy.state.gov/

The one for Guayaquil specifically states that the packet will be mailed to beneficiary's address listed on the petition

Each country has only one embassy (typically located in the federal capital of the host nation) ... they can have one or more consulates..... subtle but sometimes important distinction....
