:help: Hello all,I am new to this so please excuse me.

I have a major prpblem.I filed forms I129F and I130 in December 2006,and i have not yet recieved a NOA2.

As i read through the timelines of people who filed the same petitions,(some 6 months or more later than i filed),i see that most have already been approved.

Yet my case is still at the CSC. I called USCIS in September 2007 and was told that my case is under review at the FBI offices. The i called January 11,2007,and was told to call back in another 6 months.

Is there anyone else who is going through this? Can anyone help me understand why MY case is taking so long? USCIS sure cant.

I'm sorry to hear that.

That sucks, but atleast your case is not lost in nowhere...

Did you ask them when you called what's suppose to be the problem?

Maybe you should contact some officials for better information on your case?

I'm really sorry for the situation you're going through...

Thanks for responding,BryantAliona

The problem is suppose to be that my case is under review(FBI).

Do you or does anyone know what other officials i can contact to get more info about my case.

Thanks
