Our I-130 is approved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

Came home from lunch and checked mail. Here it is- an envolepe from USCIS. Can't believe my eyes!!!! Called hubby straight away and he have to calm me down as he can't understand what I was talking about.

No touches since 2/19/2008 (in fact I just checked before we go for lunch). Really happy and fortunate.

Wow, Kip and Sarah Jane and Brian&Mel, CONGRATS!!!!!!!!! :dance: :dance: :dance: I am leaving to see my Govi in less than 24 hours and have lots of packing left so just wanted to check in and see if there was any more action - hopefully when I get back July 7 we will all be approved - maybe sending VSC a few cases of Red Bull might do the trick and speed them up... :lol:

Could I be added to this list please? I sent my I-130 over night to Chicago lockbox, it was picked up on January 11, 2008 and NOA1 date is February 8, 2008 I am at CSC... still waiting for NOA2. My husband is in Mexico waiting...

Brian and Mel... online does it still say pending or does it say approved?

12-11-2007- Married my Love

02-08-2008- CSC receives I-130

02-11-2008- Received Hardcopy NOA1

08-14-2008- Approved!!! 216 days...

08-21-2008- NOA2 Hardcopy received

08-27-2008- NVC Receives file, NVC Case Number issued

09-05-2008- AOS Fee Bill and DS-3032 Generated

09-06-2008- E-mailed DS-3032 to NVC

09-11-2008- Received Hardcopy of DS-3032 and AOS Fee Bill

09-15-2008- Mailed Hardcopy of DS-3032

09-16-2008- Paid $70 AOS fee online

09-17-2008- Received E-mail confirming the DS-3032 Agent

09-17-2008- Printed Coversheet for AOS paperwork

09-17-2008- IV Bill Invoiced

12-16-2008- Sent I-864 EZ to NVC

2008-07-15: VISA Received (2yrs Validity)

2008-09-03: Flight to Cincinnati, Ohio; POE SFO

2008-09-06: Travel back to Chicago with my hubby

2008-09-29: Mailed I765 (EAD)

2008-10-07: NOA for EAD

2008-12-12: Received EAD Biometrics Appointment

2008-12-19: Biomentrics Appointment

2008-12-29: Ordered EAD Card

2008-12-31: EAD Approval

2009-11-26: Submit AOS
