my I-765 showed up on-line today but not-I-485.

I tried to set up the case search portfolio online, but got this message:

Validation Error(s)

You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:

Customer Portfolio Insert Failed

Attempting to add a case that does not exist. Check the app receipt number.

Does anyone has the same problem? I am unable to check my case status...

I alaso have that problem. It's kind of frustrating that you can't see anything. The only thing we can depend on for now is this:

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/NBCprocesstimes.jsp?

It updates monthly, so the next update should be tomorrow (Feb 15th).

I just got an email update.

Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred.

The I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS was transferred and is now pending standard processing at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you.

I was transfered to the CSC, does this mean I have been transferred out? Will we still need a interview - anyone know?

I got the same update and my best guess is that it means the paperwork has been transferred to your local office. I'm still hoping a letter will show up in the mail with some more details. Can't say for sure, but from what I've been reading... those with cases at local offices do seem to end up with interviews. Still, when it comes to USCIS you never know!

I received responses from some others indicating that it is still at the CSC, but generally people were receiving this 5 to 7 days after the transfer! Ugh, it's probably been sitting untouched all that time! A few others had a long time too and started to receive some touches after this notice. Never received the hardcopy of the transfer to the CSC.

Hey fellow January filers! Did any of you get a MSC-case# for their I485? Just wondering because the NBC doesn't even publish processing times for AOS...

My I-485 case number starts with MSC... And neither I can not be able to check my case status on USCIS webpage.

I can access the status of all my cases malego (although they haven't been updated ever after I added them to my portfolio). I was just wondering whether the NBC processes I485s at all or whether the petitions automatically are processed in your local field office (unless they get transfered to yet another office).

We just received an RFE saying we didn't submit his Birth Certificate (with translation) although we did. Should we just send another?? I know we sent it because we had his translation notarized. Maybe USCIS is retarded and couldn't recognize what it was?

You know, that sort of makes sense now that I think about it. The first status update was probably meant to be "You are being transferred to CSC" and this new one is "Ok, now you're at CSC and waiting in line." Typical USCIS to not make things clear by leaving out any mention of the actual location in the second update.

Oh, and I received the hard copy of the transfer in the mail before this second update. Not that I think that means much of anything.
