You don't have to ask him for a divorce. For a very low fee you may file for divorce, alimony, and child support in your state whenever you want to and do not need to pre-warn him either. I suspect his happy new wife might quickly distance herself when he gets his order to appear in court to answer demands for alimony, child support, and divorce. I'd recommend that you consider having him served at his wedding just to add your own touch to the happy day and then let the happy couple work it out between them. Sorry to hear about your experience.

This one, you don't want deported. You want child support and lots of it.

Contact ICE and let them know what is going on and they will probably deport him.

You make it sound so easy. With him having a 10yr GC its not that easy to take it away.

To the OP, I'd say get as much proof as you can right now, and personally I wouldn't mention anything about it being illegal or what not. Let him get married or whatever he wants to do. Then when he's married and files a double income, you can sue for a larger chunk of the child support!

What goes around comes around, he'll get slammed twice, once for the child support, second time for the GC.

Stay positive (F)

If you look at the paperwork, I'm pretty sure it asks if you are planning on committing bigotry in the US (at least the AOS paperwork does). THere is a list of questions they ask you. If he answered no, and signed that piece of paper, and then you can prove he has been planning to do just that it should be proof of fraud and providing false information. There is a reason they ask that long list of questions on the green card applications....

You are correct, question #14 on I-485 asks "Do you plan to participate in polygamy in the United States?" That's what I meant by he'll get slammed for the GC :)
