when u create barcode should u include the first three letters or only the numbers...KNGXXXXXXXXXX or XXXXXXXXXX

the copy i have here has the three letters and numbers and three stars below bar code i sent the one off for my wife didnt use bar code just wrote my case number in black sharpe at top of page good luck

i see you e-mail ds 3032 did you get auto reply if so no need to send snail mail just copy and paste copy of short cut letter for e-mail file in correct info and e-mail
