Yup - I can confirm that if you spend 20 odd quid on getting your visa delivered in one business day, it's a waste of time. I just received my visa today and that is two business days for £14.50!!! Like Damian got his in 2 days too. Woooohooooo I can relax I got it now :D

AHHHH I MISSED IT CONGRASTS LUV AND WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Just a quick update. Turns out our case left NVC on October 10th. We hadn't heard anything, so Nath called the London Consulate yesterday. They said our package had arrived, and Packet 3 was shipped out on the 29th. Hopefully he'll get it on Monday and get this ball rollin again!!

It's been great to read all the approvals! Congrats!

I have my interview on Monday now, can't believe after all this waiting it's finally this close! Anyone got any good advice for the interview? How much information do you think is too much information to take with me to the interview? i'm looking at all my documents, emails, photos and other evidence and my packet is huge (for my visa :P).

I'm honestly so excited to fly to London on Sunday and cannot wait for Monday to walk to the embassy!

Stuart :)

YAAAY to your interview date first of all

Too much information is never too much information for the consular. The chances of them wanting to see it are very slim though but bring with you a nice big confident smile and you will be on your way to paying the courier fee in which to have your visa delivered!! Photos emails phone records was what I had along with bday seasonal cards etc but the consular did not want to see any of the above and you may find that being the case with many on here who have had their interview.

I wish you the best of luck for Monday and be sure to post in your experience :) oh! and remember if it is raining while you line up at the embassy (and you forget your umbrella) the embassy provides umbrellas!!! I was well impressed with that. :)
