I think it is time to battle the mower. I will annoint it with my special Bishop Pate oil!

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Your mower problem sounds just like the one my neighbor had with his. He allowed another neighbor to take off

the spark plug and clean it and put it back on, and yep, it started on the first pull, and has since then.

The reason that I got into this conversation with my neighbor upon hearing that it took only a cleaning of a

spark plug to care the ills of the mower, I asked if the same technique applies to my snow blower.

By the way, snow is the name of the game here in the Midwest. We general leave the grass cutting for the

rabbits and squirells. Try the spark plug Nags, it might save your knuckles all together.

Good Luck, and by the way, my Son bought me a new spark plug which I will now put into my snow blower.

So let it snow Jake!

If I had a crescent wrench, I would pull that baby off in a New York minute. I was thinking that maybe it was time to replace it. I have channel locks...would that work?

Yep, Im midwest, too. I have a shovel.

does this mean ... you've lost your grip

channel locks can work if the plug isn't screwed in too tightly. take care when trying ...

socket set is better. make sure the gap is good on it when you get it off of there.

Channel locks? I did not know lawn mowers had Channel locks. You are talking about a lawn mower aren`t you?

A shovel, in the Midwest? Come on Nag, you are on your joking mood today aren`t you?

If you do have a shovel, and you actually use during winter, then you are a young`un still eh? More power to you

though.

I think you need a correct socket that fit the spark plug in order to get it out. Any kind of wrench will only make

you really kick smoke out of the mower. Good luck again

A shovel, Please!

Seriously, I have to do my own shoveling, sick, well, hang around the ink well. It is not easy. Nope, Im not young, but I like to think I am ( born in the 50's ). Im on the outskirts of Detroit, BTW.

I dont think Im going to tackle the mower...you guys are scaring me into oblivion.

channel locks....maybe Charles can provide a pic. They dont come with a lawnmower. They are a seperate entity, like pliers, but more special.
