I had sent out my I-129F along with my G-325A and all other required items...or so I thought. I sent it out the last week of November and I got it returned in the mail today with a letter attached that states

"Per the USCIS announcement issued on June 21, 2007, USCIS instructs applicants that on or after August 29, 2007 to direct file their forms that were transitioned during the 2006 Bi Specialization initiative. The form filing instructions are by geographic jurisdiction and form type. The revised filing instructions include Bi Specialization forms: I-129F, I-131, I-140, I-360, I-485, I-765, and I-907."

Now, I was sure I had done everything I was supposed to do (I followed the guidelines laid out on this website exact to a T). Has anybody else experienced this problem? Where do I go from here? Do I have to complete ALL of those other forms as well now?

Where did you send it??

Apparently the wrong center.

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.

Yep, looks like you sent it to the wrong address. Double check the location with that specified in the I-129f instructions. Where did you send it to?

I currently reside in Texas and had sent it to USICS TSC

P.O. Box 850965

Mesquite, TX 75185-0965

Also, I just called the USCIS customer service and when I told them what happened the rep I talked to seemed confused as to why they sent it back with that letter attached.

Texas no longer accepts I-129F petitions. You will send your petition to CSC or VSC depending on your state.

According to the I-129f instructions, you will need to send it to either the California or Vermont service center, and since you live in Texas, it'd be Vermont. This is a relatively (this summer, I believe) recent change which burned a few people, so don't feel too bad about it. Vermont address is as follows:

USCIS

Vermont Service Center

Attn: I-129F

75 Lower Welden Street

St. Albans, VT 05479-0001
