I have not heard anything from USGC with my K1 petition.(Im a Aug. fileir) Nebraska. Anyone give me a clue when I might hear something, its been 4 months, and no touches or anything. If anyone can give me insight or clues, would be appreciated:)

July 25th-Sent K1 petition to NSC

July 26th NSC received petition

Aug 11th Received NOA1

Try changing your timeline to reflect CSC instead of Nebraska and your timeline might reflect a potential adjudication date... :thumbs:

Hi, I sent my 129F on 8/15. I got NOA1 on 10/3 wih a received date of 8/21. I noticed in notes in this forum that CSC is processing July cases. Apparently, smaller number of cases were filled in August. It's hard to wait but I am hoping that August approval will start to come in couple of weeks, if not before.

VJ experts: please add your thought.

Your NOA1 date shows 09.27 with average times hovering around 120, the January possible adjudication date is about right... (although that can fluctuate)... hang in there.. :thumbs:

The Very Secret Diary of Legolas Son of Weenus - by Cassandra Claire

Day One: Went to Council of Elrond. Was prettiest person there. Agreed to follow some tiny little man to Mordor to throw ring into volcano. Very important mission - gold ring so tacky.

Day Six: Far too dark in Mines of Moria to brush hair properly. Am very afraid I am developing a tangle.

Orcs so silly.

Still the prettiest.

Day 35: Boromir dead. Very messy death, most unnecessary. Did get kissed by Aragorn as he expired. Does a guy have to get shot full of arrows around here to get any action? Boromir definitely not prettier than me. Cannot understand it. Am feeling a pout coming on.

Frodo off to Mordor with Sam. Tiny little men caring about each other, rather cute really.

Am quite sure Gimli fancies me. So unfair. He is waist height, so can see advantages there, but chunky braids and big helmet most off-putting. Foresee dark times ahead, very dark times.
