Hello everyone here in VJ i would like to tell that i already finished now my I 693 finally we got it already. My question now is what is the right paper to give? it is the one who is in the white envelope that is sealed? or i will give it all including the sealed envelope and other papers given to us back?

Hope to hear from you soon coz time is so fast for us now and we need to send my papers as soon as my visa expiry date..

Thank you so much for all the VJ who give time to answer my questions.

Include with your forms the sealed envelope, keep the other one for your records.

Most likely just the sealed envelope, but to make sure are you referring to the full medical examination (I-693) or the Vaccination Suplement (sometimes referred to as the "I-693A").

YMMV

Thank you for both your replies it is the vaccination supplement only.

Have a good day and God bless in our journey

The sealed envelope is all you submit to USCIS on AOS application, you keep the other papers for your records.
