November approvals waiting for NVC

Outstanding and congrats!!!!

Great news our K3 was received 12/12/07 at the NVC and sent this morning the Embassy.... I am so happy I can't even sit down....

Thank you and the NVC definately it much better than CSC...

With USCIS website our I-130 is still pending; go figure....

Here is NVC response to me:

Dear Sir/Madam,

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC). The

NVC has completed its processing of the visa petition you mentioned in

your letter and is forwarding the petition to the assigned US

Embassy/Consulate General for further processing. Please allow 10-15

business days for the

Embassy/Consulate General to receive the petition.

Any further inquiries should be directed to the assigned US Embassy or

Consulate General.

As the file is no longer at the NVC, please notify the assigned US

Embassy or Consulate General of your change of mailing address and email

address (if applicable).

Hey there. Your approved petitions should be received by NVC very soon! I called today and they said they received our I-129F yesterday (12/10/07). Ours was approved on 11/15/07. Almost a month for them to receive it, but thank GOD they have!! Hang in there!!!

Our applications were approved on 11/20/07. I hope our applications were with the truck load that was sent. So, probably by end of this week we should have our NVC number. Did NVC give you your case number or email you a confirmation letter?

I had called the American Embassy in Peru yesterday and I was told to telephone on Wednesday afternoon to schedule the Interview to bring "My honey" here to America.. (I can schedule the Interview as long as NVC electronically sent the K3 and the Embassy received it in there computer) I'm so excited and very shortly I will know when our day "BIG" day will be for the interview! Now, its only weeks away to be united with my hubby for a lifetime!!!

I was approved on NOv. 30 only 1 day gap. My hubby called USCIS RFE line and was connected to csc if I'm not mistaken and was told that they sent the Package only yesterday Dec. 17, so maybe were on th same batch. We'll try to call NVC next week.

I received a letter from NVC today. It was dated for Dec. 13th and the envelope was postmarked Dec. 13th. . . moving right along!

this was a baaad weekend, i am so love sick. but phew, time is moving on.

now that we have one holiday behind us, please USCIS - - send all the rest of the november approvals to NVC before the next year!!!!

UPDATE: We got our case number Friday the 21st They're a little non-committal as to when they will transfer it to the embassy but we're crossing our fingers for an early January date for Interview. . We're tentatively scheduled for Monday the 7th

Not yet at NVC though we got our approval on 11/28. I'm ready to cry because this whole process is really wearing on me. I thought the tough part was behind us when we got the NOA2.

At first when I called at the 2 week mark, NVC operators told me "it takes 2 to 3 weeks". Then when I called at the 3 week mark they said, "Oh, it takes 2-4 weeks". Now when I just called and I'm 2 days shy of the 4 week mark, the woman paused and said, "It usually takes 2-4 weeks, but it can take 90 days".

When I get out of the clutches of CSC????????????? God, I'm at the end of my rope.
