The agent put us in a waiting room so another agent could verify the visa. The verification process took all but 5 minutes. They put a stamp in the passport with the visa type (CR-1) and the date of entry. That was it! They didn't ask us any questions, they didn't ask to provide the receipt of payment for the entry fee. We had all of that paperwork just in case, but we didn't need it. Out port of entry was Dallas, Texas. | 2023-06-28 | |||||

My husband's father is a born-US citizen, but does not have the qualifications to "pass it on", but we need to prove this. We have an appointment with the passport office, will apply for a passport, where it is hopefully denied, and a no-claim letter will be issued in order to receive Visa approval. | 2018-05-05 |
