On March 1st 2017 case was returned back to Uscis and registered in the system and on February 1st 2018 they sent a case status with intention to revoke. February 6th 2018 mailed out evidence to prove my marriage was bonifed. On the 22nd of February 2018 they send out the reaffirmation and on March 3rd 2018 i received the reaffirmation but my USCIS status never changed. Stated that they would send the reaffirmed approval of the petition to NVC in the letter i received. On March 14th 2018, NVc recieved the reaffirmed petition, and logged it in their system, and told me they will send further instructions if they needed too. On March 28th Nvc sent case to America consulate Lagos, Nigeria. Asked about second interview and Nvc told me that they don’t schedule interview for me that the embassy will sent of notification on what’s next to do | 2022-10-05 | |||||
