This is crazy!! The k-1 was expired and closed in May 2017 with a denial of non-sufficient evidence of a bona fide relationship! Now why is USCIS and DOS giving my husband a hard time??!! My attorney has sent a letter for reconsideration due to error on their part by wrongfully denying my husband his spousal Visa.
