6 months and still no green card. Getting my local congressman involved has proven fruitless. USCIS simply reissues the 797-C indicating that if the green card has not been received within 90 days to call NBC. If your reply to the automated phone software is "green card" the software assumes that you want a replacement. this is the only option allowed. asking for a representative will terminate the call. |

20 minute interview at the USCIS office in Irving. Super easy and friendly. Officer laughed out loud when he asked if we had any other supporting documents. and i pulled 3 400 page ring binders asking what he would like. (bank statements, bills, insurance ect) we can very prepared. I was more nervous then I should have been. From time we parked the car till we drove off was 1.5 hrs. (we where 30 minutes early) |
