Comments : Based on recommendations from other applicants, I used the available checklist online to submit the P3 requirements through email and received my P4 about 3 weeks before my physical P3 arrived in the mail.

The Montreal embassy didn’t have any appointments available from 07/06/23 to 08/07/23. When they opened up a few dates, I got extremely lucky and was able to book an interview for the following week.

POE Review: Vancouver
Event Description
Entry Date : 2023-10-18
Embassy Review : This was a very quick and simple process! I told the customs officer that I was entering the US on a K1 visa, and he took my visa packet and brought me to a separate room. I waited for probably less than 10 minutes before another officer called me over to a desk. The only question that he asked me while processing me into the system was when the wedding was planned for, and he also congratulated me.

I checked my I-94 the following day and it had already been updated, showing that I had entered on a K1 visa.
Harassment Level : Low

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
