    NVC doesn’t get from I-824 . It goes to uscis . Once uscis reviews it , they will send approved petition to NVC

    I still haven’t received the notice in person . It was just approved yesterday.I’m gonna try calling uscis and see if something can be done. I think I’m gonna go ahead and start my moms process for NVC . At least she can be here with me .

    I didn’t know where to post the question . I wanna know how to fix this error sooner . I want both my parents to come at the same time and sooner . I m having my baby this November and I was hoping they will be with me next year by March or April

    Recently I-130 was approved for my father but I missed to fill out embassy information. This is the notice I got . The processing time for I-824 is up to 12 months . My mothers I 130 was approved without any issue and sent to NVC .

    My husbands parents got their I-130 approved today . Priority date is September 7. I filled out both applications same way . My mother in laws i130 was approved and sent to NVC but they retained my father in law application cuz I didn’t mention where he intends to apply for immigrant visa . Now gotta file I-824 and the fee is $465 . It really sucks

    I just submitted I-130 for my parents online and service center is mentioned on the bottom

    1.Service center is written on the bottom of the receipt notice . 2. u can call uscis if it’s outside of processing time i think for same day interview , they just do it automatically for parents or we can call and request at the NVC stage once all the paperwork is done for both parents .

    Hello, my husband just filed I-130 for both his parents on September 6,2022.they are in India right now . we filed online and both cases were sent to Texas service center . Let’s see how long the wait is . priority date :September 6,2022.

    My husband is preparing to file for his mom and dad. They live in Punjab , India . There is one section in I-130 about providing name and address native language . Do we type it in Punjabi and then upload it or leave it blank??
