Certain ones have a much more than basic grasp of the situation.  It’s those who are crying wolf that are the problem.  To put it bluntly, only a truly ignorant person would claim (or belive) that global warming is a racist plot against minorities.

     I'm not sure in the first place what having streets named MLK BLVD have to do with his vision. 

 

     I'm also not sure why you bring up current property values for downtown Denver. Are you not familiar with the economics of a real estate bubble? No one is buying or selling those houses for half a million, regardless of what the market says they are.
