Congrats!! Call just to confirm, but the same happened for us this week on 7/24/17. It actually changed last Monday 7/17/17 (because I am ####### and check AT LEAST 10-15 times a day online :) I called them and she said it was complete and that we would receive an email within a week. Email came exactly a week later! Status had changed from "Submit Requested Documents" to "At NVC" Now waiting on the interview letter!

That I don't know...I think it depends on the Embassy. I think they try to schedule them at least a month out from what I've heard. My husband's friend completed this process last year from the same country as us and he said he got an appointment date notification three days after he got his CC email. We were hoping it would be here right after the CC, but still waiting. I know it's only been 4 days, but it seems like an eternity! But we were also told 30-60 days at the NVC and here we are almost 6 months later finally getting a CC...they are so unpredictable! Wish I had a better answer for you :(
