B2 visa for and international student in italy

Hi kindly!
I am a camerounian actually living in italy as a student.(whit a permanent residence)i have been in italy for 2years.I am planning to apply for a B2 visa to visit my elder sister, her husband, and 2 children.Dit there are both permanent residents,but their kids are citizen.I am wandering if some one can help me with the necessary document that i will need.Also, i do not have any one here in italy,i do have a government scholarship.please do you thing i really have a strongh tigh to get the visa? Waiting for your all respond thank you.

It doesn't sound like you have strong ties, but if you have the money to apply for a tourist visa, it is always worth giving it a shot.

Having proof of enrollment for next year, paid housing etc may help/  Also a definite plan of how long you will stay in the USA and what you will do there.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Doesnt sound like much ties, but you can only present what you have.
