This is really strange why would USCIS skip cases from 14 dec until 4 Jan ?

yes....I feel really sad....what happened for cases in the second half of December....

Contact DOS or you can book appointment pass with USCIS . If you generally file any case with USCIS and you did not receive any response you can book an appointment with your local USCIS office and do an enquiry of ur case. You have you DOS application number right email them and explain your situation.

I email DOS two times but no one replies. I check every day on USCIS website for the past two weeks but my local USCIS field office did not have available appointments.

really frustrating...

Try to Fax them.

Write a neat letter and have your contact information there then fax it. They respond quickly to faxes. You will have to google their fax number number though.

Any Updates.

I can see Processing Time for I-612 cases rolled back to July 28(don't know why) and found some post in other forum where people got approved who's application received on Dec 13 2016.

Thats an error on the USCIS website. It shows the same date for all cases.

Mine was received on the 6th, NOA received on the 13 of December.
