I-601 waiver approval.   We've received  instructions for a new medical but we may not need another interview since it's been less than a year since our last interview.   The medical facility is requesting that the confirmation page be brought- how do we go about this if we do not need another interview?

11/21/2016- Waiver approved with expedite.
01/2017- Embassy requested interview.
04/2017- Fourth visit to Nigeria.  K1 officially denied.

Hello,

My waiver was also approved and then I received an instruction letter from the US Consulate that I needed a new medical, I took this letter to the medical facility and got the physical done.

Did you end up needing the interview?

My fiance and I just had our I-212 waiver approved and have no idea what to expect for the next steps. His medical does not expire until the end of April, and our interview was in Mid-June. Do you have any idea of what the next steps are based on your experience?

Thank you!

I would contact the embassy and ask for a letter requesting the updated medical exam.  That is what we did.

Once his new medical was completed and results were sent to embassy he had to return for another interview to give updated documents such as police record, I-134, etc.
