Hi All ,

my wife entered the US after her petition was granted ( I-130) on august 4

we payed the fees a day before ( $165 )

on sept 12 the status on our application changed to card was ordered to be produced

since then we have not gotten any information oin the card

we have called them numerous times and they opened a service ticket as well

and told us to wait 90 days

this was their last email communication

You or your representative contacted USCIS to notify us that you have not received your Permanent Resident Card (PRC). Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.
A request has been made to produce your Permanent Resident Card with the available biometrics.  If we are unable to produce your card with the available biometrics, a request will be made to schedule a biometrics appointment.  You should receive either your Permanent Resident Card or a biometrics appointment notice within the next 90 days.  If you do not receive any correspondence within the next 90 days, please contact customer service.

Is there anyone else on the same boat as us ?
or can someone help us on what should we do ?

I paid the Immigrant  fee August 18 2016, entered POE Dallas on 2 Sept 2016on IR5 immigrant visa. The update to my USCIS ac count on Sept 30 said it had been ordered  to be produced.... and nothing since! I have patiently waited my 120 days and called USCIS today ... 124 days gone.. I was told I would receive my card by Jan 30th, at it took 120 days from when it was ordered  to arrive... I challenged this by quoting the US is webpage which states " 120 days form payment or POE, whichever happens latest" and was immediately  transferred to a Tier 2 supervisor... well not quite... transferred to a  voice message saying the wait was 238 minutes and that I would get a call back then.... mmmmmm... not holding my breath.... I have already scheduled an Info Pass appt for next Monday as I thought this might happen!

Interested to hear your outcome and any other vjers experiences.. my husband entered the same day as me, received his card via USPS on Oct 8th.. go figure???? ?
