Reqired DOCS for the U.S. Petitioner at the Manila Embassy Interview

It says they need to see the divorce papers of the petitioner.

Do they need to have the physical seal? In other words do I have to fedex the originals to her or is she good with a PDF copy?

Do they need my physical CERTIFIED birth certificate - or again will a PDF scan work?

Not sure on the divorce decree, I would think they would want original and all...

She does not need your birth certificate. She needs to present hers though at the interview.

As Greenbaum said. copies.

Only PSA (was NSO), NBI and I-134 documents need to be originals.

Do follow the embassy instructions letter for what is required: https://ph.usembassy.gov/wp-content/uploads/sites/82/2016/08/K1-and-K2-Applicant-Interview-Preparation-Instructions-08112016-English-336KB.pdf
