Leave the country for a few days

I recently mailed the 1st packet and I have a few important business trips coming soon, how long after UCSIS processes my packet I will be able to request an advance parole to travel ?

Are you trying to adjust status (green card through USC spouse)?

If yes, you need to file I-485 and the Advance Parole, EAD as well.

And you can't leave US without Advance Parole. -> Actually you can leave US but without Advance Parole, you won't be let in US and you will continue your green card application (spousal visa route) through consular processing.
