After the interview - Select Document Delivery Address

Hello,

After a very long process, my Mom's visa application is finally approved.

The interview went well and they issued her a slip that gives an instruction on how to register a delivery address. I followed all the steps created an account, but before I can register a delivery address it ask me to schedule an appointment with the consul. She just had her interview does it mean she needs to have another one? The instruction they provided is not very helpful and the contact number they give you doesn't really work.
