Ah.

I'd say about a year before. My PD is Oct 2010, I'm assuming I should be current by June this year. That said, I got word from NVC in February 2016 that my case was progressing, and had to gather required documents.

the household size includes the person filing for you and anyone who he/she is supporting financially, That is when he/she files annual tax anyone that is included as a dependent

UR PD is 27-8-2011, u have to check Final action chart on visa bullitin. 

date of filling chart means u can start submitting ur docs such as AOS etc

if visa bulletin moved with same speed that is one month, then u have 1 year to go.

if speed  increases then waiting time could decrease.
