From my MOM:

On November 25, 2013, we approved your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan

then this year my fiance applied my k1 visa now details are flowing:

From my Fiancee

On September 22, 2015, we approved your Form I-129F, Petition for Fiance(E), Receipt Number wacxxxxxxxx.

now i want to know about my case because i think is it okay once is immigration and the other is non immigration.

My i130 case will be done may be in 2019 after a long time and fiance i129 will be done end of this year 2015.

***** post split from thread by other member about a spousal visa case- please always post questions about your own case in your own thread *****

It is fine to have two cases pending. Once one is approved, the other will be cancelled.

Sorry it was an error from me actually the date NVC received my case was 09/29 no 09/19. I think your case will get to NVC by 11th. or 12th. October plus minus 3 days. Don't need to worry. Make sure to mention that someone has filed your immigration petition in your visa application and if you try to hide that then your case will be denied. Once you are in US on your K-1 visa then your mother needs to withdraw the petition that she filed on your behalf and then your spouse will file for your AOS so you could get your greencard.
