IV invoice received by email, but not in CEAC

Just got an email from NVC confirming the IV fee has been paid.

CEAC still shows as IN PROCESS, but hoping the email means it will be changing to PAID very soon

I paid on Sunday and still in process. Money already deducted. Can't wait to fill ds260.

I hope it change to paid for all of us real soon.

Just called, rep told they are technical issues. Dep of state is working on it. So may be on weekend this issue will be resolved.

I feel like they just do So intentionally to reduce the work load and then just unlock everything on weekends

I was so surprised to wake up this morning (Taiwan time) and see the 'PAID' listed under my IV Fee!! DS-260 now safely filed and supporting documents delivered to NVC yesterday. All that's left is the waiting. Let the wait begin!

I have paid AOS fee last month. But not received IV fee invoiced email from nvc.

Aos fee paid and form is completed show in ceac website. But not showing IV fee invoiced and applicant's name.

Plz reply what would I do?

Took about 2 weeks for us to get the IV invoice emailed to us, then another week for it to show in CEAC
