Hello,

I searched this forum and can't find any reason why our AOS is taking so long.

I tried to submit query online at USCIS and it returned error on submittal (jave saying msc didnt match I-485)

There has been no change online since July 2014.

Where can I get answers, we are well outside NSC processing times for I-485.

I am almost hit a year of mark filing I-485. If you received NPIW and want to know the real answer please follow this link:

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/541331-notice-of-potential-interview-waiver-case-part-ii/page-247#entry7644462

My case:

I filed 13th of June, 2014. Received NPIW back on September 2014. I thought my case was at my local USCIS office in Kendall. I was wrong. I received a letter from USCIS on May 22 from USCIS office in Fairfax, Virginia, asking me to update my vaccination records (I-693) since mine was already expired.

Note: I tried to inquiry too by online but failed twice just like you did. I finally called them to put a service request on 15 May, and received a letter on 22 May dated 16 May which means they responded to my inquiry one day after I put a service request.
