confuse about sending the package. pls help!

i am really confuse can i send the affidavit of support package together with the immigrant visa package after i paid the AOS fee? or i have to wait for the IV fee to be invoice and paid before i send the package? i am really in a hurry, all my documents and forms that needs to be send are all ready, with the AOS cover letter. pls help me! tia for the reply.

Yes just like NLR you can send them after you pay the AOS fee.

Yes you can send both packets now before the iv fees are paid

also if the nvc has not review your ds-261 you should call them and have them review it over the phone,aa you will not be able to paid the iv fee untill they do

The nvc has sped up the time to review documents, but not for reviewing of the ds-261.

That is why it is important to call nvc and have them do it over the phone for you

Yes you can send the AOS and IV documents after paying the AOS fee. You do not have to wait for the IV fee to send them.
