Hello everyone. Does anyone know the processing times of USCIS TSC, and from TSC to NVC, and then the local embassy.

I am from Ukraine our petition was received by the Texas Service Center on Sep. 30 2014.

On the website the chart is rarely updated and it says no more than 6 months, it seems it is taking longer now but we are not allowed to submit a case inquiry because it says we are still in normal processing times.

Currently we are approaching 7 months, so inwas just curious if anyone knows the current times or has recently been approved.

Also after approval can anyone tell me how long the rest of the process will take?

Thanks

We filed on sept 24th and had our noa2 this last Monday. As of what I've seen from other September filers I think your noa2 is just around the corner!

Our case was sent to nvc just 3 days after :)

once you are approved everything will move super fast!

Once you are approved, your fiance can call USCIS and ask your KEV number.

Having this number, you can register for the medical. You'll get the results the same day.

Next step - file the DS form. Pay for the visa. Schedule the interview :)
