Hi fellow VJ's member. I am kinda lost as I am not exactly what paperworks to do after marriage? And what are the attachements and other necessary documents asside from marraige certificate? Like for I-485, I-131, & I-765 should I submit all in a hard copy to USCIS? And should I submit it to the same USCIS where my K1 was previously submitted eg. California Service Center?

Your information will be of great help and appreciate your time and reply.

Thank you,

Earthmoon

Check out the guide that HunNee provided a link for, and read the instructions for each of the forms (I-485, I-131, I-765). Each one has its instructions. All will be filed together and sent to the same location listed on the instructions. If there is something specific about the instructions that you still aren't sure about, be sure to let us know.

EDIT: Don't follow I-129F instructions or filing locations for anything other than I-129F.

Hi HuNee & TnJ, thanks for the reply.. It helps me.. I am gonna start to do the paper works. May I asked what's the "A#" to be written in the picture? Where will I get that? Did you guys have done your medical again? Appreciated your help.

The A number will be on the visa and also on the NOA2 you received whilst doing the I129F petition. You should not need to do your medical again if it's in date.
