oh Lord yes be very careful, do you guys know how long itll take him to finish your fiances exam so you guys can finish? are you just waiting on the exam or more things? Because i see you guys have been waiting a long time.

05/17/2011 - Case received at NVC

05/20/2011 - Received NOA2 approval letter in USPS mail.

05/17/2011 - NVC Receive (No case number assigned yet)

05/18/2011 - NVC Case Number Assigned, received IIN number / Gave Emails

05/18/2011 - DS-3032 Sent to NVC (via email)

05/19/2011 - DS-3032 Accepted by NVC, AOS Fee Bill Generated

05/26/2011 - AOS Fee Paid Online - Status - In Progress

06/01/2011 - AOS Fee - PAID

05/19/2011 - DS-230 IV Fee Bill Generated

05/26/2011 - DS-230 IV Fee Paid Online - Status - In Progress

i WANT TO, i JUST GOTTA FIGURE OUT HOW! I SPOKE TO A LAWYER HERE. BUT EVERYONE IS SAYING THAT ITS BEST TO WAIT UNTIL I GET MY RESULTS SO HE DOESNT MESS UP MY FIANCEES PAPERS

That sounds smart and when it is over you can do it so others who are not on VJ don't suffer from his greed! and incompetence! :angry:

Everything is done we are waiting on him to "sign" it!! Also be careful with the vaccinations. My fiance got "vaccines" atleast 4 times from him since oct 2010. because "they expire every 2 months" i said in NY they expire every 10 years!! But just stay on top of what your dr does!

My fiance went to Dr Buteau , everything turned out to be great he had gotten his results within a week after . Am so glad we went to him , so far I think he's the best immigration doc in haiti n we had only get charged of $300

I know this is an older thread, but can anyone tell me if Dr. Buteau would be able to set up an appointment on the weekend or after business hours? My fiance works full time (business hours) & it's difficult for him to get time off. Thanks!

2012/09/10 - Emailed U.S. Embassy in Haiti for Packet 3.
2012/09/10 - NVC Received

2012/09/11 - Called NVC to check status, told fiance's DOB is wrong, but it's right on both application forms. They said send birth cert & passport.
2012/09/13 - Submitted DS-156 online & printed copies (& emailed to both of us).
2012/09/14 - Emailed scanned copies of original application, birth cert & passport to NVC.
2012/09/14 - Called & insisted they fix THEIR mistake. Message forwarded to supervisor. Got an email within 30 minutes; fixed! Called & confirmed.
2012/09/19 - Still in AP (Administrative/Additional Processing)... waiting...

2013/01/17 - K1 Visa Denied (he had been given a fake death certificate for his first wife who was killed in the 2010 earthquake)

OMG - WHAT'S HIS PROBLEM!!!

Throughout all this process, I have been the one handling this process and all glory to God - we have made it through USCIS and NVC in less than 6 month because I literally called everyday....not its time to do medical, I told him which doctor to choose for faster response, he told me - he can just choose any of them on the list. I said - no you cant'! Some of them take so long to give the result. HE IS NOT LISTENING TO ME!

SEPTEMBER 19th , 2014 - MY AOS WILL BE REVIEW WITH NO CHECKLIST BECAUSE MY GOD IS AWESOME AND ABLE!

February 13, 2014 [ Dispatch his family from Naples, Florida to meet with my parents and Pastor to ask for my hand in marriage]
